Short version: We collect your name, email and WhatsApp to run club sessions and collect payments. We do not sell your data. Your club admin controls your membership.
Who we are
ClubNight (clubnight.app) is the data processor. Your sports club (e.g. Garforth Pendas) is the data controller responsible for your membership. Questions about your data should go to your club admin first.

Why we collect it
To manage your club membership, track session attendance, and send payment reminders and invoices on behalf of your club.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for as long as your membership is active. If your club removes you or you request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
